First, at booking you share your flight details, destination address and passenger count. We then confirm the amount and the plan together, and send driver and vehicle details before the transfer.

We clarify which items the fare covers at the booking stage, so you know what you will pay before landing. In addition, you can also arrange a return transfer separately, on request.
