We send you a reminder message the day before the transfer. Because the journey time can vary with the day and the weather, we do not commit to a fixed duration.
If your departure time changes, send the update through the same booking. Consequently, we adjust the pickup time to the new plan.
Larger families, teams and luggage
If you arrive with your family or a small team, we can plan the Mercedes-Benz Vito VIP for 1–8 passengers. For bigger groups, we can plan the Mercedes-Benz Sprinter VIP for 1–16 passengers.
The number and size of your suitcases usually decide which vehicle fits best. For this reason, we confirm luggage quantity during reservation for both vehicles.
You can request a baby seat (0–4) during reservation. Availability is confirmed before booking.
