Abant VIP Transfer
Abant VIP transfer takes you to your accommodation around Lake Abant, and back again, in one private vehicle. It is not a sightseeing tour but a door-to-door transport service, and we reserve the vehicle for you alone.
Some addresses around the lake sit at the end of forest roads. Therefore sharing your accommodation address at the start helps us plan the drop-off point correctly.

Who is an Abant VIP transfer for?
Families, couples and small groups staying around the lake choose this service most often. In addition, guests coming to the area for a meeting or a celebration need the same kind of planning.
We plan the transport only. We do not offer guiding, sightseeing programmes, entry arrangements or activities. As a result, you set your own programme, and we get you to the right address at the right time.
Lake Abant National Park and arriving at the lake
Lake Abant lies in the Mudurnu district of Bolu province. It was declared a national park on 10 June 2022 and falls under Türkiye's Directorate-General of Nature Conservation and National Parks.
The park administration sets the rules on vehicle access and stopping within the park. For this reason, we choose the drop-off and pickup point with you at a place where the vehicle may lawfully stop.
Drop-off at lakeside accommodation
Hotels and bungalows around the lake have different entrance layouts. For example, at some properties there is a short walk between the main gate and reception.
We hold no partnership with any hotel or business. Therefore you share the property's name and location, and we plan the best approach to its entrance. Especially for evening arrivals, sending the location in advance makes things easier.
Seasons and forest road conditions
The roads to the lake run through forest, and because of the altitude the weather can change quickly. In winter, snow and ice can slow the pace, and in autumn fog can do the same.
That is why we review the departure time with you according to the road conditions on the day. In short, a slightly flexible seasonal time plan makes the journey more comfortable.
On summer weekends, by contrast, the lake area gets busier. For that reason, planning a Sunday-evening return a little earlier makes the end of the day easier.
Connecting with Bolu city centre
While staying at Abant, you may also need to go into Bolu city centre. For example, we can plan the outward and return journey for a meeting, shopping or a family visit within the same reservation.

Family, group and luggage planning
We plan the Mercedes-Benz Vito VIP for 1–8 passengers. We then confirm the amount and volume of luggage during reservation.
Families on a lake holiday often bring a pushchair, extra bags or winter gear. For this reason, telling us about your belongings in advance makes loading easier.
You can request a baby seat (0–4) during reservation. Availability is confirmed before booking.
Planning your arrival day
Check-in times at properties around the lake can vary. Therefore setting your departure from Istanbul or Bolu around your accommodation's check-in time makes the day easier.
Especially in winter, it gets dark early and the pace on forest roads drops. For this reason, we suggest bringing evening arrivals a little forward, so that you reach the lake area in daylight.
In addition, if you would like a short stop on the way, for example for groceries, simply mention it in your reservation note. That way we add the stop to the plan from the start.
Transport for meeting and celebration guests
Properties around the lake also host business meetings and family celebrations. In programmes like these, guests often arrive from different cities and at different times.
In that case, we list the arrivals one by one and suggest a suitable pickup time for each. Once the programme is final, we check the list with you. If more than one vehicle is needed, we confirm availability during reservation.
Moreover, on the day of departure, guests' return times can differ too. We plan those times within the same reservation as well.
Reservation and your return
When we receive your request, we review the date, the time and the passenger details with you. We then share the amount and the items included in the price clearly before booking.
On the day you leave, we set the pickup time around your check-out time. In this way, you can set off without rushing once your bags are packed.
