Scope of the corporate transfer service
Corporate transfer is a chauffeur-driven transport solution that moves your executives, staff and business guests to one consistent standard. The scope also covers airport meet-and-greet and drop-off, hotel transfers, and journeys between your office and meeting locations.
You can request the service for a single business trip or for a recurring need. Either way, we use the same chauffeur-driven Mercedes-Benz Vito VIP standard — as a result, your executives and guests experience a consistent journey every time.
Planning, coordination and the details you share
Planning starts with confirming your pickup and drop-off points. Once you share your flight, hotel or meeting details, we time the meet-and-greet accordingly, and we also plan the route together in advance whenever you need multiple stops.
First, sharing the following before booking speeds up the process: company and contact details, passenger count, luggage volume, date and time, pickup and drop-off addresses, any flight or meeting details, and an extra-stop request. In addition, you can request a baby seat (0–4) during reservation. Availability is confirmed before booking.

Particularly, companies, agencies, hotels, and event or meeting organizers frequently choose this service. It covers scenarios ranging from executive pickups to guest hosting, from team transfers to a single business-meeting journey.

The booking process starts once you send your request. Next, our team checks the route, date and vehicle availability, then shares a price preview with you. Once you confirm, we finalize the booking and confirm every detail in writing.
The price can vary with factors such as the route, date, number of stops, waiting time or special requests. For this reason, treat the published starting and route prices as separate from the final quote preview shared before booking; the items included in the price are shared clearly before booking.
