Kars VIP transfer from hotels, offices and homes

For example, your pickup could be in front of a hotel, at a workplace or outside a block of flats. If we settle exactly where the car will stop, you will not lose time standing outside with your bags.

That said, we have no arrangement with any hotel. You decide where to stay, and we plan the times for reaching that door and leaving from it.

On business visits, we can also split team pickups across different times. That said, short hops between meetings during the day can join the same schedule.

Letting us know in advance about winter clothing, large cases or a pushchair helps us arrange the luggage space accordingly.

You can request a baby seat (0–4) during reservation. Availability is confirmed before booking.

• Enter the number of passengers and the number of cases in separate fields on the form.
• If a child is coming along, mention their age.
• Mention large or unusual items separately in the notes.
