When you arrive in Van by air

Van VIP transfer for hotels, offices and homes
For example, your pickup may be a hotel entrance, an office building or a private address. Agreeing beforehand whether the vehicle waits at the door or at a suitable spot nearby makes leaving with luggage much easier.
That said, we have no partnership with any hotel. You choose where to stay; we plan your arrival at that address and your departure from it.
If members of your team arrive at different times, we can line up their pickups in a single plan. In addition, short hops between meetings can fit into the same day.
Season, weather and timing
Because Van lies in a high basin, winters can be long and cold. On days with snow or ice a ride can take longer, so we set the pickup time with you according to that day's conditions.
Summer days, by contrast, are long and often clear. During this season we confirm the meeting point in advance so you do not wait outside around midday.
We agree the pickup time with you before the transfer and send a reminder message the day before. Of course, if your plans change, we update the new time in the same reservation.

Telling us early about large suitcases, a folding pushchair or special equipment lets us prepare the loading in advance.
You can request a baby seat (0–4) during reservation. Availability is confirmed before booking.
- State the number of travellers and the number of suitcases separately in the request form.
- If children are travelling, note their ages.
- List bulky items and equipment on their own.
