What is a VIP transfer and what does it cover?
A VIP transfer means making the trip between two points in a private, non-shared vehicle. Only your own group travels in the car. So there is no taxi queue and no sharing a stop with other passengers.
The core of the service is simple: a professional driver, a well-kept Mercedes-Benz Vito and a route agreed in advance. The price, in turn, is calculated from the route, date and passenger count, and it becomes clear before you book. As a result, you won't meet a surprise charge on the road.
This general page gathers the different transfer types in one place. For city-, airport- or hotel-specific details, however, you can move on to the relevant pages. In short, this is the fastest way to find the VIP transfer page that fits your need.
- A Mercedes-Benz Vito reserved only for you, with a professional driver
- Door-to-door, non-shared journey
- Route-based pricing; confirmed before reservation
- A spacious cabin and luggage space for 1–8 passengers
Who is a VIP transfer suitable for?
A private transfer serves different traveller profiles to the same standard. For example, families with luggage benefit from the spacious cabin and an orderly luggage area. You can request a baby seat (0–4) when booking; availability is confirmed in advance.
On business trips, timing matters. So we plan the pickup time and route around your schedule in advance. Transfers for meetings, trade fairs and conventions follow the same setup.
Beyond that, it also suits small groups, event guests and special-day journeys. Special requests such as multiple stops or waiting can be noted separately when booking. As a result, the plan takes shape around your own day.
Istanbul and Izmir VIP transfer services
Vanvia operates in two cities, and each city has its own detailed page. On the Istanbul side, two airports, two shores and long distances shape the journey. So we set your Istanbul VIP transfer plan around the traffic and your landing time in advance.
On the Izmir side, Adnan Menderes Airport, the city centre and the holiday areas along the Çeşme–Alaçatı line stand out. Moreover, the coastal routes and marina areas are often chosen too.
Picking the right page is easy. For city-specific price examples, routes and frequently asked questions, you can move on to the pages below. This general page simply points you to the right place.

Airport VIP transfers and meet-up
An airport transfer is the most common type of private transfer. When you share your flight details, we plan the pickup time around your landing. So your driver is ready as you reach the exit.
The service covers three airports: Istanbul Airport (IST), Sabiha Gökçen (SAW) and Izmir Adnan Menderes (ADB). Details such as the meeting point and a reasonable waiting window, meanwhile, are confirmed when you book.
For airport-specific information, you can move on to the relevant pages. Each one explains that airport's routes and sample prices in more depth.

Hotel, resort, marina and address transfers
You choose the destination. The most common choice is a hotel transfer: your driver meets you and you head straight to your hotel lobby. You only need to share the hotel name or address when booking.
Beyond that, we also drop off at points such as a resort, a villa, a marina or a meeting address. For instance, on the Izmir side you reach stays in Çeşme and Alaçatı, and in Istanbul the districts on both shores, door to door.
The same planned setup applies to the return, too. For a hotel-to-airport transfer, you only need to share your flight time. This way, the outbound and return legs run to the same standard.

Passenger and luggage planning with the Mercedes-Benz Vito
Vanvia works with a single vehicle class: the Mercedes-Benz Vito. The cabin is spacious for 1–8 passengers and offers a separate luggage area. So both small groups and journeys with suitcases travel comfortably.
You share the passenger and luggage count when booking. This way, the seating and luggage plan is clear before your journey. If there is a lot of luggage or special equipment, noting it in advance makes planning easier.
The vehicle is prepared to the same premium standard on every transfer. Any extra services, in turn, can be noted when booking, and their effect on the price is shared clearly in advance.
How does booking work?
Booking takes a few steps. First you choose your pickup and destination. Then you enter the date, time and passenger count. Adding your flight details for an airport transfer, or the hotel name for a hotel transfer, makes planning easier.
After that, the route and price are confirmed with you. You share your contact details and send your request. At this point you do not need to make any payment yet.
As the transfer date approaches, we share the driver and vehicle details, subject to availability. So you know in advance who will arrive on your travel day.
Route-based pricing and EUR/TRY display
The price is set by the route you choose. On published routes you see a starting price. On other routes, in turn, the price is confirmed before booking.
Prices can be shown in both euros and Turkish lira. This way, guests arriving from abroad and local passengers compare the same information easily. The amount shown matches your chosen route and passenger details.
The items included in the price are shared clearly before booking. So you won't meet an unexpected extra charge on the road.
Featured Istanbul VIP transfer pages
Istanbul, with its two shores and two airports, calls for separate planning. So we prepared a detailed page and popular routes for the city. For example, transfers from the airport to hubs such as Taksim and Sultanahmet are often chosen.
The hotels around the Bosphorus, the historic peninsula and the business districts are busy points too. On the other hand, there are also Istanbul-based routes for intercity journeys.
The links below take you straight to the relevant pages. Each one explains that route's duration and sample price in more depth.

Izmir, Alaçatı, Çeşme and coastal transfers
On the Izmir side, journeys often stretch toward the coast. A transfer from Adnan Menderes Airport to the Çeşme and Alaçatı line is among the most chosen routes in summer. On these routes, the vehicle takes you all the way to your stay in the holiday area.
In the city centre, the Kordon waterfront, the marina areas and boutique hotels stand out. In particular, trips to the stone-street districts and the seafront feel easier in a comfortable vehicle.
The links below gather the popular routes on the Izmir side. The final price, in turn, is always confirmed before booking.
