Meeting your chauffeur at the ERZ terminal
Your chauffeur meets you in the arrivals area of Erzurum Airport that passengers use freely. We share the exact meeting spot in writing in the booking confirmation.
However, Vanvia has no private waiting room, fast-track right or permission to enter the aircraft side at ERZ. The meeting therefore takes place as an arranged appointment in the public area.

From Erzurum Airport to your city-centre address
Once you leave the terminal, we can take you to your hotel, a business appointment or the home of relatives. All we need is your complete address.
That said, at some addresses the vehicle may not be able to reach the door. In that case we let you out at the nearest place where the vehicle can stop safely, and we discuss that place with you beforehand.

Drop-off at Erzurum Airport on your way home
On the day you leave, we pick you up at your city-centre address and take you to Erzurum Airport. Once you tell us your departure time, we agree the pickup time with you during booking.
You receive a short reminder message one day before the ride. As weather and traffic on the day can change the journey time, we do not promise a set duration.
If your flight time changes, simply share it through your existing booking. We then rearrange the pickup time accordingly.
Groups, families and luggage planning
For a family or a business team of a few people, we can plan the Mercedes-Benz Vito VIP with 1–8 passengers. For larger groups, we can plan the Mercedes-Benz Sprinter VIP with 1–16 passengers.
The choice of vehicle depends on the number and size of suitcases as much as on head count. For this reason, we confirm the luggage quantity with you during reservation for both vehicles.
You can request a baby seat (0–4) during reservation. Availability is confirmed before booking.
