High altitude, winter and ride times
In Erzurum, winter starts early and can last a long time; snowfall and cold can change how traffic flows. As a result, when we set a winter pickup time we also take that day's weather into account.
In spring and summer the days are longer and roads are usually clear. That said, for rides that fall in the morning or evening rush, we suggest starting a little earlier.
We confirm the pickup time with you before the transfer and send a reminder message the day before. Of course, if the time changes, we update it in the same reservation.

You can request a baby seat (0–4) during reservation. Availability is confirmed before booking.
