What the drive from Izmir to Çanakkale is like
First, Çanakkale lies roughly 320 kilometres from Izmir along the North Aegean corridor. The journey takes 3.5 to 4 hours depending on traffic, and the Edremit bay stretch is the most scenic part of the road.
