Cancellation & refund rates
For cancellations made at least 24 hours before the transfer time, your payment is refunded in full (100%). For cancellations made less than 24 hours before the transfer time, 50% of your payment is refunded.
The refund amount is processed back to the payment method used.
Changes & rescheduling
Please send any date, time or route change requests as early as possible. Changes are planned subject to availability; any applicable conditions are shared with you before booking.
Payment
We accept payment by online credit card and bank transfer. All payments are collected before the transfer; we do not take cash payments in the vehicle. Corporate billing requests can be planned before booking.
Reservation-specific terms
The items included in the price and any special conditions (for example waiting time or additional stops) are shared clearly before booking. We therefore recommend reviewing the applicable conditions for each reservation before you confirm.
How to request a cancellation or refund
You can send your cancellation or refund request to rezervasyon@vanvia.com.tr or via our phone/WhatsApp line. To speed things up, simply include the reservation name and the transfer date.
