What is a corporate transfer, and what does it cover?
A corporate transfer lets a company manage its travel needs in one place and on a plan. Executive trips, business-guest meet-ups, and meeting and event transfers all fall within it. For this reason, punctuality and predictability are the most important factors.
Companies often arrange recurring transfers that involve more than one person. Rather than hunting for a taxi each time, planning the route, time and vehicle in advance is far safer. Moreover, the whole process runs through a single point of contact.

Airport meet-ups for company guests
Your business guests' first impression is often formed at the airport. That is why your driver meets the guest at arrivals, helps with luggage and takes them straight to the hotel or office. When you share the flight details, we plan the pickup time around them.
We serve Istanbul Airport (IST), Sabiha Gökçen (SAW) and Izmir Adnan Menderes (ADB) to the same standard. In addition, if several guests arrive on different flights, we can plan each meet-up separately.

Hotel, meeting, trade-fair and congress transfers
Within the city, a regular need can arise between hotels, offices, meetings and event venues. In Istanbul, business hubs such as Levent, Maslak, Beşiktaş and Şişli, and in Izmir the Alsancak and Konak areas, are the most requested. Therefore, sharing the addresses and times is enough for us to plan the route in advance.
During trade-fair and congress seasons, travel intensifies and timing becomes critical. At this point we plan the vehicle and schedule ahead and set up a flexible arrangement around your event programme.

Scheduled and recurring transfer planning
For many companies, travel is not a one-off but a recurring need. For example, planning can be set up in advance for regular executive transfers or seasonal guest programmes. That way you don't have to organise everything from scratch each time.
Corporate billing and payment terms can be planned and shared before booking, to suit your needs. If you have confidentiality or special-document requests, they can be considered as far as they are operationally supported. All terms are confirmed in writing before you approve.
Private transfer vs an ad-hoc taxi
For business guests, finding a taxi on the spot is risky in terms of both time and reputation. At peak hours a vehicle can be slow to appear, and a metered fare can't be predicted. This uncertainty can cause unwanted disruptions in a tight schedule.
With a private transfer the vehicle, driver and time are known in advance, and the price is fixed. So your guests travel without waiting, in a quiet and comfortable cabin. On the other hand, because the whole process runs on a single plan, corporate organisation becomes easier.
Corporate transfer pricing and billing
The price is set from the route, the vehicle, the number of transfers and any extra requests, and it is clear before you book. Traffic or a change of route does not alter the amount approved in advance.
Items such as motorway, bridge or crossing fees, and what the price covers, are shared clearly before booking. The corporate billing arrangement is planned to suit you and its terms are sent in advance, so your accounting stays predictable.
Booking and contact process
Booking takes a few steps. You share the pickup and drop-off points, the dates and times, the number of guests and any special requests. The route and price are then confirmed.
Before the transfer, the driver and vehicle details are sent to you. For regular needs we keep the planning on a single point of contact, and our line stays open for any questions.
