How this site uses cookies
Vanvia uses cookies in a limited and transparent way on this site. Strictly necessary (technical) cookies may be used for core site functions. To measure visit statistics, Google Analytics 4 analytics cookies are activated only with your consent; until you consent, these cookies are not created.
Fonts are system fonts; no external font service is called. The reservation and contact forms send the information you enter only to our own server.
Analytics cookies (Google Analytics 4)
To improve our services, Google Analytics 4 (GA4) may be used. GA4 loads only when you accept analytics cookies and helps us understand which pages are visited and how the site is used overall. This data is statistical and aggregate; it does not represent personal data such as your booking or payment details.
When the site opens, you see a cookie preferences banner in the corner. Analytics cookies are off by default (no GA cookie is created and no analytics data is sent before consent). Using the banner you can accept or reject analytics cookies; if you reject, GA is not loaded. We store your choice in your browser, and you can change it at any time with the button below.
At this stage only basic visit measurement (GA4) is used. Tools such as Google Ads conversion tracking, ecommerce or payment tracking have not been added.
The embedded Google Map
Within the booking flow and on some route pages there is a Google Maps preview. This map does not load automatically; it only activates when you tap “load the map.” When you choose to load it, Google — as the map provider — may set third-party cookies.
You can review how Google processes this data in the Google Privacy Policy. If you choose not to load the map, these cookies are not created.
Server-side processing
Map operations such as address autocomplete, route and distance calculations happen on our server, not in your browser. We use Google Maps services server-side for these; no tracking cookie is placed in your browser during this process.
Changes to this policy
As our cookie usage changes (for example if new analytics or advertising solutions are added), we update this policy and, where required, offer an appropriate consent method. The current version is always published on this page.
