Cancellation and change requests are reviewed based on reservation timing, service plan and operational status. Applicable refund terms are clarified before reservation or during the request process. We recommend sending cancellation requests as early as possible.
Any applicable refund is processed back to the payment method used.
Changes & rescheduling
Please send any date, time or route change requests as early as possible. Changes are planned subject to availability; any applicable conditions are shared with you before booking.
Payment
Payment details and the suitable payment method are shared during the reservation process. Corporate billing requests can be planned before booking. The details are clarified before booking, based on the requested service.
Reservation-specific terms
The items included in the price and any special conditions (for example waiting time or additional stops) are shared clearly before booking. We therefore recommend reviewing the applicable conditions for each reservation before you confirm.
How to request a cancellation or refund
You can send your cancellation or refund request to rezervasyon@vanvia.com.tr or via our phone/WhatsApp line. To speed things up, simply include the reservation name and the transfer date.
