This wedding transfer guide helps you plan wedding-day travel step by step, from guest pickups to the venue. It covers timing buffers, group rides and the booking details to settle in advance.
Why plan wedding-day travel in advance?
On a wedding day the schedule is usually tight, and each move depends on the one before. So we plan the route and the times in advance and leave a realistic time buffer. Because it depends on traffic, an exact arrival time is not guaranteed; we choose the route accordingly.
Planning ahead noticeably lowers the stress during the day. That way you focus on the event while the travel side runs to plan.
Separating guest, family and group transfers
Carrying guests together from the hotel to the venue, while planning the family separately, is often the most practical approach. The Mercedes-Benz Vito VIP suits 1 to 8 passengers; passenger and luggage capacity is confirmed for your needs before booking.
If there are several pickup points, we set the times and the order together. As a result, your guests set off on a single plan, without waiting.
Out-of-town guests and airport pickups
For guests arriving from another city or from abroad, an airport pickup makes things easier. When the flight details are shared, the meet-up time is planned around them and guests reach the hotel directly.
In Istanbul and Izmir especially, running the airport-to-hotel leg on the same plan saves time. Return transfers can also be planned in advance.
Timing buffers and transfers during the day
Between the photo session, the ceremony and the reception, small delays can add up. For that reason we plan a realistic buffer for each stage. If you share an extra stop or a waiting request when booking, we add it to the plan in advance.
- Route and times are planned in advance, with a realistic buffer
- Extra stops and waiting requests are confirmed at booking
- Passenger and luggage capacity (1–8) is confirmed in advance
- An exact arrival time is not guaranteed, as it depends on traffic
Booking and final confirmation before the day
When booking, you share the points, the times and the passenger count. The price is then set on a route basis, and the final amount is confirmed before reservation. What the price covers is shared clearly in advance.
Before the wedding day, we review the plan together one more time. As a result, the vehicle, the time and the route are settled before the day begins.
